Program format

The program consists of in-person and online workshops over 12 weeks.

We estimate a minimum time commitment of approximately 6–8 hours a week.

This includes preparation for workshops, coaching, mentoring and working on a collaborative prototyping project.

  • Week 1: Weekend workshop one

The first of three face-to-face weekend workshops (non-residential) in regional Australia will fast-track the processes of deep immersion, self-reflection in nature, and collaborative learning. The key skills you develop throughout these workshops are leadership, media and effective communication.

  • Week 2-3: Online workshop and project meetings

The online learning component commences with Leadership Rewired where you will engage in collaborative rapid-prototyping activities, peer-to-peer and facilitated online discussions, mentoring and a first online workshop.

  • Week 4: Weekend workshop two

The second face-to-face weekend workshop takes place to advance project learning and application.

  • Week 5-11: Online workshops and project meetings

You will continue your online learning with Leadership Rewired and hear from leaders in their fields at the final two online workshops

  • Week 12: Weekend workshop three

All learnings are tied together in the final face-to-face weekend workshop.
