What was the most valuable thing you got out of CSL?

I got the confidence to create change within my workplace and to stand up to those with more power

Why are you passionate about sustainability? What was the moment or event that made you decide to become a 'change maker' in your field?

Sustainability is embedded within my workplace everyday, it is a common practice for me so becoming a leader of change was not a question. I am passionate about sustainability because without it our environment is going backwards, we need it to guarantee our future. There was no one event, but I suppose seeing others being unsustainable made it certain that I wanted to be a change maker.

Why is leadership for sustainability is important?

Without the guidance of a leader or leaders, sustainability will die.

What do you plan to do next on your sustainability journey?

I plan to implement many more changes within my workplace to ensure we have a sustainable company.
