Hello Anonymous Goose!
Our project aims to support positive changemakers on a personal level, by posting random notes of inspiration, practical ideas and resilience building resources around the workplace. 2018 Australia Wide Fellowship Project
Positive changemakers are experiencing burnout and fatigue at an alarming rate due to their passion and dedication.

Burnout is leading to a phenomenal number leaving their industry prematurely. Our project aims to support positive changemakers on a personal level, by posting random notes of inspiration, practical ideas and resilience building resources around the workplace. Our key objectives are to share tools and mechanisms individuals can utilise to build resilience and avoid burnout, and build people’s self awareness skills and coping strategies for stress in a fun way. We hope these small moments of support enable changemakers to continue to make positive change in the world by providing inspiration and ideas. To date we have interviewed a sample of positive changemakers, and their insights shaped our anonymous geese idea. We have piloted the geese in a small number of workplaces and identified positive anecdotal feedback through people’s reactions to and conversation about their positive messaging. Where the geese will fly to next, only time will tell. Our hope for all positive change makers is that they find the resources that most effectively support their wellbeing, to ensure they can continue their vital work in the world. And we encourage everyone to support each other - to be an anonymous (or not so anonymous) goose for the changemakers around them.
