Becoming a change maker was an easy decision when I realised that we all have the potential to make a difference.
What was the most valuable thing you got out of CSL?
I walked away believing I can make a difference and I know what I stand for. I can make change happen.
Why are you passionate about sustainability? What was the moment or event that made you decide to become a 'change maker' in your field?
It makes no sense to me how humans use and abuse resources and each other. I am passionate about sustainability because it is the only way we can survive and connect to the earth and each other. I see communities become destroyed by connections lost and becoming a change maker was an easy decision when I realised that we all have the potential to make a difference.
Why is leadership for sustainability important?
Leadership for sustainability creates conversations that normalise the need to prioritise renewable energy and community development in any project.
What do you plan to do next on your sustainability journey?
Next, I have plans to move forward with innovative and collaborative projects that aim to create ripple effects for economic, environment and community development.
